Andy Ketchum has been living in the West Michigan area for over 35 years, he’s known as an extremely hard worker that is committed to delivering quality in everything he does. Andy started his professional career in the skilled trade industry as a journeyman machine builder and then moved into controls engineering and later transitioned into a leadership role.
Andy has been active in the West Michigan real estate market for several years as an investor with homes in Grand Rapids and Zeeland. Andy developed his passion for real estate through his family’s positive experiences with rental properties and his personal experiences of gaining sweat equity.
Andy and his wife Jennifer enjoy living in Zeeland where they are raising their family. Andy is an involved father of three teenage children, he is always busy attending and volunteering at swim meets and water polo matches. When he is not working, Andy likes spending time at Lake Michigan enjoying one of the best attractions in West Michigan. He also enjoys tackling home improvement projects, with multiple remodels and major constructions projects completed.
